Joey is a 2011 graduate of the University of South Carolina (Columbia).

He holds BA degrees in Media Arts and History. Joey was raised in Orangeburg, SC and grew up surrounded by music and audio/visual technology in his granddad’s music store, aptly named Williams Music.

Joey has three sisters, Sylena Fort, Stacy Williams, and Tori Ball. Tragically, Stacy passed away in 2010. Joey strives to live a life that gives honor to the life Stacy led, by following Jesus and being a good steward of the tremendous blessings in his life. Joey and wife, Lauressa, enjoy a blended family with their daughter Navi Lynn (4), and their son Jacky Thomas (4).
