Traditional Worship

We gather for traditional worship in our historic sanctuary every Sunday at 9:00am. Join us for a multi-generational, vibrant service where everyone is welcome. Our choirs and recently renovated organ anchor congregational singing at these services, which generally last just about one hour. Communion is shared on the first Sunday of every month except in December, when we observe the Eucharist on Christmas Eve. At Lyttleton Street, communion is open to all who seek a closer a closer relationship with God and neighbors.

Contemporary Worship

Our contemporary worship service meets in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday mornings at 11:15am. Like almost all of our ministries at LSUMC, this is a multi-generational service. Music is led by our energetic Contemporary Worship Team, and our Contemporary Worship Leader, Moses Andrews III. Join us for this uplifting service in a more modern atmosphere.
